Angels & Airwaves (juga dikenal dengan AVA) adalah band beraliran alternative rock yang dibentuk oleh mantan gitaris/vokalis Blink-182 dan Box Car Racer yaitu Tom DeLonge setelah ia meninggalkan Blink-182. Band ini meliputi gitaris Over My Dead Body, Hazen Street dan Box Car Racer yaitu David Kennedy, dan drummer The Offspring yaitu Atom Willard dan bassis 30 Seconds to Mars yaitu Matt Wachter yang telah menggantikan posisi Ryan Sinn pada bulan Mei 2007.
